   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms. You may also cancel services in accordance with your agreement.

9. Global Service – Local Jurisdiction
   While SM Softwares offers services worldwide, all legal matters, disputes, or claims arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
